5. Photo and File Uploads
Our online platform allows users to voluntarily upload photos or other files for the preparation and calculation of a moving offer.
Uploaded images may contain information about furniture, household items, rooms or other objects relevant to the requested moving service. Please upload only images and files that are necessary for the requested offer and that you are authorized to provide to us.
The processing is carried out for the preparation of the requested offer and, where applicable, for the performance of the resulting contract. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
6. AI-Assisted Inventory Recognition and Price Calculation
Our online platform may use artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze photos and information voluntarily provided by users.
The AI system may automatically recognize objects visible in uploaded images and assign them to inventory categories. The purpose is to identify moving inventory and assist with the preparation and calculation of a moving offer.
Information obtained through AI-assisted inventory recognition may be combined with other information provided by the user, such as moving addresses, distance, floors, elevators, moving date and selected additional services.
Based on this information, our system may automatically calculate or prepare a price or fixed-price offer for the requested moving service.
The purpose of this processing is to simplify and accelerate the quotation process requested by the user. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as the processing is necessary to take pre-contractual measures requested by the user or to perform a contract.
We do not use uploaded images to create personal profiles for purposes unrelated to the requested moving service.
7. Booking and Contract Processing
If you book a moving service, we process the data necessary to process the booking and perform the contract. This includes in particular customer data, moving information, selected services, agreed prices and information necessary for invoicing.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data required to comply with statutory accounting or tax obligations are processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with the applicable statutory provisions.
8. Payment Processing / Stripe
For certain payment methods, we use the payment service provider Stripe. If you choose or use a payment method processed through Stripe, the information required to process the payment may be transmitted to Stripe.
The data processed may include payment and transaction information as well as technical information required to process and secure the payment.

9. Recipients and Service Providers
Personal data may be disclosed to service providers where this is necessary to operate our website, provide the requested service, process payments or comply with legal obligations.
Possible recipients include in particular hosting and IT service providers, payment service providers and providers of analytics, advertising or map services where these services are used in accordance with the applicable data protection requirements.
10. Data Transfers to Third Countries
When service providers process personal data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, we ensure that the requirements of the GDPR for international data transfers are observed.

Business, contractual, accounting and tax-relevant documents are retained for the statutory retention periods applicable to them. After expiry of the applicable retention period, the data are deleted or anonymized unless further storage is legally permitted or required.
